摘要
针对轮胎行业中的配料系统中计量设备落后、称量精度低等现状,介绍了一种以三菱Q系列PLC为核心的自动配料称重控制系统,对系统的硬件组成及软件设计做了较为详细的描述,现场的应用情况表明,该配料系统工作可靠,操作方便,具有很高的精度。
This paper analyse Devices and state for the Auto-Weighing Control System,presenting a burden charging and weighting control system basic on Mitsubishi PLC.It gives a detailed statement on the components of the system hardware and design of software.Recent application on spots shows：this PLC controlling system works reliably,operates conveniently.
