摘要
针对新型干法回转窑水泥生产工艺复杂,生产连续性强,设备控制时连锁、互锁逻辑关系复杂,研究了一套基于Profibus现场总线的新型干法水泥回转窑控制系统。采用Profibus现场总线技术,以工控机和可编程序控制器(PLC)构成新型干法水泥回转窑系统控制网络。选用西门子SIMATIC S7-300 PLC完成控制系统的设计。
The craft of the rotary kiln cement manufacturing is very complicated,and the consecution is strong and interlocking logic is complex when controlling equipment.Researching s set of Control System Based on Profibus for the Cement Rotary Kiln.The net of the cement rotary kiln control system is composed of PROFIBUS technology.IPC and programmable logic controller （PLC）.SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLCs are Choosed to completed the hardware design of programmable logic controller.
