摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT扫描容积重建诊断肋骨骨折的临床价值。方法对38例胸部外伤的患者行64排螺旋CT扫描并行容积重建进行诊断,包括采用最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重建(CPR)、容积再现(VR)等方法。结果38例肋骨骨折共124根,其中多发、粉碎性骨折11例,两侧共76根;多发性骨折19例,两侧共35根;单发性骨折8例,两侧共13根。结论胸部外伤的患者行多排螺旋CT扫描并结合容积重建等方法诊断肋骨骨折,可清晰、直观地显示肋骨骨折的数量、性质、部位及合并症,具有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of post - imaging processing of MSCT ( multi - slice spiral CT) in the diagnose of rib fracture. Methods Thirty - eight cases with thoracic trauma were examined with MSCT and reconstructed in avafiety of ways (MIP,CPR,VR). The location , number and eireumjacent pathologieal changes were observed and analyzed. Results One hundred and twenty -four ribfracturea in 38 patients was found by MSCT. MSCT axial images , MPR and VR images could show clearly the fracture line , the number of fracture and displacement. Meanwhile trauma of the surrounding tissue and other viscera could also be shown clearly. VR images could detect the fracture position accurately. Conclusion MSCT exam could show clearly the orientation, determines the nature, the condition of trauma of surrounding tissue and other viscera. MSCT has important value in clinical treatment, industrial injury and forensic medicione.
