Application of Aegisy^(TM) thrombus filter

目的总结下肢深静脉血栓形成中应用AegisyTM血栓过滤器的安全性。方法15例下肢深静脉血栓,均经股静脉置入AegisyTM血栓过滤器后插管溶栓治疗,第2天经患足背静脉推注尿激酶。结果15例患者滤器置入均一次成功,经溶栓治疗,显效12例,有效3例。全部病例均未出现临床可查的肺动脉栓塞,复查滤器位置满意。结论AegisyTM血栓过滤器使用安全简便,滤器置入后,采用逆行插管与顺流法溶栓相结合疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate safety of application of Aegisy^TM thrombus filter in treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods All of the 15 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity Were treated with thrombolysis through femoral vein catheterization after insertion of Aegisy^TM thrombus filter. The day after operation, urokinase was used through dorsal vein of feet. Results All of the one - time insertions of AegisyTM thrombus filter were successful. After thrombolysis treatment, 12 cases got obvious effect, and 3 cases got effect. No pulmonary embolism was found out. Follow - up shows that the position of thrombus filter were satisfying. Conclusion Application of Aegisy^TM thrombus filter is safe and simple operated. After insertion of thrombus filter, combination of retrograde catheterization and forward flow thrombolysis has definitely curative effect.
