自体肺移植的麻醉处理

Anesthesia of lober replantation

目的总结自体肺移植的麻醉处理。方法5例做双袖状左上肺切除,将下肺静脉移植在上肺静脉残端。所有患者麻醉诱导后均插入双腔支气管,术中采用加长支气管导管,尽量减少单肺通气时间。结果所有患者均度过围术期,2例患者术中出现低氧血症,经积极处理后得到纠正。结论进行有效的麻醉处理能使患者顺利度过围术期。

Objective To summarize the anesthesia of lober replantation. Methods Five patients underwent double - sleeve left upper lobectomy. The inferior pulmonary vein to the proximal stump of the superior pulmonary vein was transplanted. All 5 patients were intubated double - lumen endobronchial tube after anesthesia induction, and were cut the time of one - lung ventilation by using long endobronchial tube. Results All 5 patients passed perioperation smoothly. Two patients hypoxemia occurred, and were improved instantly through long endobronchial tube. Conclusion Effective anesthesia could make patients to pass perioperation smoothly.
