高敏C-反应蛋白含量在急性脑梗死患者中的临床意义 被引量：6

摘要 目的研究急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清中高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量的变化及意义。方法采用免疫透射比浊法对ACI患者血清中hs-CRP含量进行测定。结果ACI患者血清中hs-CRP含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);ACI患者各亚组间hs-CRP含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);hs-CRP含量与梗死体积大小成显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP含量变化可反应ACI患者的脑梗死状态。
