摘要
盆栽试验表明,在水分胁迫下,新陆早4号的渗透调节能力较系5的渗透调节能力强,两品种的渗透调节能力均随水分胁迫程度的增加而提高。由光合强度的日均值变化可知,渗透调节能力在轻、中度水分胁迫下,可考虑将其作为棉花抗旱性强弱的一个指标。
The results showed that both Zhao4 and Xi5 had ability of osmotic adjustment and the ability of two varieties all increased as the water stress increased.But the ability of osmotic adjustment in Zhao4 was greater than it in Xi5.The ability of osmostic adjustment can be used as torget of dry resistance,according to the average value of diurnal photosynthesis,except serious water stress.
