摘要
采用SPSS11.5对多叶重楼14个居群的846个个体的形态学数据进行分析,以研究多叶重楼的形态分化规律.结果发现多叶重楼个体间形态变异较大,环境对繁殖器官和营养器官形态变化的影响大小相近;居群间形态变异与居群的地理分布有一定的关系,是环境因子和遗传因素综合作用的结果.性状的主成分分析表明,花丝长、药隔长、花瓣长、萼片及叶片形态特征对多叶重楼的形态影响较大,它们与药隔突出和花瓣宽一同作为多叶重楼种下分类的重要形态指标.
In order to study the morphological variation rule of Paris polyphylla Smith, 37 morphological characters of 846 individuals of 14 populations were analyzed with SPSS11. 5. The results showed that there was distinct morphological variation among individuals and similar influence of environment on reproductive organs and vegetative structures. Q-cluster analysis reflected that there was obvious morphological differentiation among populations which had a certain relationship with geographical distribution. According to the principal component analysis (PCA), the length of filament, anther and petal, and the characters of leaves and sepal were much more important influencing on the morphological trait of P. polyphylla Smith, and been considered as very important morphological classification indexes of P. polyphylla Smith together with length of free portion of connective and width of petal.
