道路边坡不同坡位土壤藻类的动态变化

Dynamic changes of soil algae biomass under different slope position on the path side slope

摘要 针对川中丘陵区成昆铁路的典型道路边坡,以临近茶树区和自然边坡为对照,对道路边坡不同坡位的土壤藻类动态变化及茶树区和自然边坡土壤藻类的差异性进行了研究.结果表明:道路边坡不同坡位土壤藻类含量的变化表现为坡下>坡中>坡上>茶树区,自然边坡不同坡位土壤藻类含量的变化表现为坡下>坡中>坡上>茶树区.道路边坡坡下、坡中、坡上的土壤藻类含量分别是茶树区土壤藻类含量的2.18倍、2.16倍、1.48倍.道路边坡不同坡位土壤藻类含量均表现为,从1月到7月不断增大,并且在7月达到最大值,从7月到10月,土壤藻类含量开始降低.土壤有机质含量表现为自然边坡>茶树区>道路边坡. The dynamic changes of soil-dwelling algae biomass on different slope position and the difference of soil-dwelling algae biomass compared to tea plantations and natural slope were researched on typical slopes alongside the Chengdu-Kunming railway in hills area of Sichuan province. The result indicated that the soildwelling algae biomass in roadside slope followed the sequence of upper slope 〉 middle slope 〉 lower slope 〉 tea plantations, while different order was showed as upper slope〉middle slope〉 lower slope〉 tea plantations in natural slope. The algae biomasses in the soils in lower slope, middle slope and upper slope were 2.18, 2. 16 and 1.48 times of that in tea plantations soil, respectively. On the three roadside slope positions, the soildwelling algae biomasses increased from January, and reached the peak value on July, then reduced right through until October. Organic matter content in the soil showed a sequence of natural slope〉 tea plantations 〉 roadside slope.
