数字疲劳传感器的设计及应用

摘要 为了解决疲劳传感器在结构疲劳监测时模拟信号传输噪声大、热输出大等引起的监测精度不高的问题,研究了一种数字疲劳传感器,此传感器采用片上系统ADuC845完成数据的采集与处理,传感器自带稳压,高精度、低温漂供桥与参考电路。传感器实现温度补偿、非线性修正及数字信号传输。并根据桥梁载荷谱的瑞利分布特点,得到该分布下的疲劳响应计算方法。采用倍增器的双疲劳计结构设计,利用疲劳计响应的非线性特性,得到疲劳传感器电阻变化与桥梁瑞利载荷谱的对应关系。 For the problem of bad accuracy due to the strong noise from the analog signal transmitting and the strong temperature output in fatigue damage monitoring, a digital fatigue sensor was introduced, which based on the ADuC845. It had temperature compensation, nonlinear calibration and communication by RS-485. Also there were voltage regulators, high precision and low temperature coefficient reference and power supply circuits on the sensor. The Rayleigh density distribution which was the loading characteristic of bridge structure response was also conducted successfully. The relation between resistance change of fatigue life gauge and Rayleigh distribution parameter was established by a calculation program with dual sensor design in a fatigue life gauge and its great nolinearity character.
