新疆石油资源开发与区域经济协同发展研究

Study on the Cooperational Developmtent in Xinjiang Petrol Resource Exploitation and Regional Economy

本研究从世界工业化进程与能源消费量的关系，以及我国经济迅速发展对能源的需求和国内陆上石油开采概况论述了石油资源的开发应是新疆经济腾飞的强大助推器。从国内外石油产区经济发展的经验教训中选择了新疆油区经济发展的模式。在对比分析中得出了新疆借助石油资源开发推动经济发展的光明前景，提出了新疆石油资源开发与区域经济协同发展的理论点与思考。

In view of the relationship between the world industrialization progress and the amount of energy comsumption,the demand for energy in the rapid development in China and the situation of Chinese terrestrial petrol exploitation,this paper states that exploiting prtrol resource in Xinjiang is an accelrator to the region's economic soarboom.An eoonomic development pattern for Xinjiang petrol areas was selected from the previous expericence and lessons in petrol production areas both in China and oversee.A bright future was showed from the obove analysis of exploiting Xinjiang petrol resource to speed up economy.Finaly a theory and some thought on the cooperational development in Xinjiang petrol resources exploitation and regional economy were raised.
