大鼠中枢神经系统衰老的形态学研究—红核神经元的超微结构改变 被引量:1

摘要 本文对不同年龄组雄性SD大鼠红核神经元的超微结格进行了观察,结果表明:(1)红核神经无核周体中脂褐素在幼年组已开始出现,并随增龄增多,其附近线粒体的形态有所改变,该周体中其他细胞器随增龄也有一定程度的形态改变;(2)红核神经元细胞核随增龄出现核膜内折现象;(3)在老年级红核神经处观察到微丝缠绕线粒体群的现象.上述结果说明红核神经元随增龄确实存在着一定的形态学改变. Ultrastructurial changes in the neurons of red nucleus in rats of male Spraque-Dawley struin divided into threegroups, young, adult and senescent were studied. The results demonstrated that (1) a few lipofuscin were observed in theyoung group, and the number of lipofuscin was increased markedly with advancing age; mitochondria near the lipofuscinwere clianged; the other organelles in perikaryon were changed to an extent; (2) the nucleilr membrane invagination was ob-served markedly in the senescent group; (3) the phenomenon of mitochondria surrounding by microfilaments in dendrites inneuropile of the senescent group was observed. The results indicate that there are morphologic changes of red nucleus withadvancing age.
