妇科门诊21种人乳头状瘤病毒感染状况分析 被引量:39

Analysis of 21 genotypes of human papillomavirus infection in outpatient women

摘要 目的:分析绍兴市区妇科门诊女性生殖道21种人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况及其分布规律。方法:以2005年1月 ̄2006年6月绍兴市区妇科门诊至少有1年以上性生活史的女性1359例为研究对象,采集其阴道宫颈分泌物标本,用凯普医用核酸分子杂交系统(简称HybriMax)进行21种HPV(6、11、16、18、31、33、35、39、42、43、44、45、51、52、53、56、58、59、66、68、CP8304)基因型的分型检测,分析常见感染亚型和分布规律。结果:研究人群HPV总阳性率为54.75%,常见的10种高危型为HPV16、52、58、68、18、31、33、66、CP8304、53;常见的3种低危型为HPV11、6、42。最常见高危型HPV16阳性率随年龄增加递增,最常见低危型HPV11的阳性率随年龄增加递减。多重感染的比例为44.35%,以二重感染最多见。结论:本地区妇科门诊HPV感染率和多重感染比例均较高,常见感染亚型既符合亚洲人群的分布规律,又有一定的区域性,值得重视。 Objective:To study the 21 genotypes of human papillomavirus (HPV)infection and their distribution character in the female lower genital tract in outpatient women in Shao-xing city.Methods:A total of 1359 outpatient women who accepted cervical cancer screening in the main hospitals in Shao-xing city during Jun. 2005 to Jun.2006 were selected for 21 genotyps (6,11,16,18,31,33,35,39,42,43,44,45,51,52,53,56,58, 59,66,68,CP8304) HPV detecting with HybriMax.All the women had intercourse history of more than one year.Results:The total positive rate of HPV infection was 54.75%. The 10 most common high-risk genotypes were HPV16,52,58,68,18,31,33,66,CP8304,53.The 3 most common low-risk genotypes were HPV11,6,42. The positive rate of the most common high-risk type HPV16 increased with aging,while the positive rate of the most common low-risk type HPVll descended with aging.The total multiple infection rate was 44.35% and two types co-infection were the most common situation.Conclusion:The prevalence of HPV infection and multiple infection are common,the infection genotypes are accordant to those of asia,and also have its own character.
