摘要
从充分发挥煤矸石潜在活性的观点出发,通过机械力化学作用对煅烧后煤矸石的活性进行进一步激发。将粉磨后不同细度的煤矸石以不同掺量与熟料、石膏配制复合水泥,测定其力学性能,并借助于XRD、SEM分析其水化过程。结果表明,经高能球磨后的煤矸石,其掺量为20%的复合水泥的28 d抗压强度超过了纯硅酸盐水泥,掺量为40%的复合水泥28 d抗压强度达到44.1 MPa。
To make full use of the potential reactivity of coal stones, the reactivity of should be further excited through mechanical and chemical means after coal stones have been calcined. Composite cement is made By mixing different proportions of grounded coal stone powder with different finenesses with cement clinker, gypsum and its chemical properties are determined and its hydration is analyzed with the help of XRD, SEM and the results show that after the coal stones are grounded with high power, the compression strength of the composite cement mixed with 20 % of the powder is better than that of the common Portland cement and if mixed with 40 % of such admixture it can reach up to 44.1 MPa.
