台阶和扩张形式对超燃燃烧室影响的数值研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用二阶迎风差分格式、RNGk-ε湍流模型及乙烯/空气八组分九反应化学反应模型,针对单台阶单面扩张、单台阶双面扩张、双台阶单面扩张以及双台阶双面扩张四种超燃冲压发动机燃烧室构型,分别计算了燃烧室内冷流流场和燃烧流场。计算结果表明:在计算条件,在总台阶高度一定的条件下,采用单台阶结构的超燃燃烧室比采用双台阶结构的超燃燃烧室具有更好的燃烧性能;在总扩张角一定的条件下,双面扩张结构的超燃燃烧室性能较单面扩张的占优势。 The second order upwind difference scheme, RNG κ - ε turbulence model and ethane - air eight - spices nine - steps combustion model are employed to simulate the 2 - D flow fields in the scramjet combustor. The calculated combustor mode includes single step with single expanding face, single step with two expanding faces, two steps with single expanding face, two steps with two expanding faces. The results show, under given calculation conditions and at the same step height, single - step has better combustion performance than two - steps. For the same expanding angle, two faces expanding structure shows superior combustion performance than single face expanding structure.
