This article discussed well as the risk of its existence, that the Hierarchy-distributed the need to build urban digital the structure and deployment features of common monitoring systems, as basing on the characteristics of the public-security organizations. Believing tree management nodes system is the best system structure which suits video surveillance and alarm system. And then it discussed about possible problems when building an urban digital video surveillance system, also about how to choose a proper system platform.
