摘要
针对监控视频多噪点以及存在大量静止背景的特点,以AVS视频编码标准为基础,提出了一种结合降采样视频预处理技术和及早停止准则的快速帧间预测模式选择算法。实验结果表明,该算法在保持视频主观质量相当的条件下,编码过程的计算复杂度和码率分别降低了50%和20%左右。
Based on AVS video coding standard, aimed to the character of surveillance video which had much noise and stock- still background, this paper presented a fast inter prediction mode decision algorithm, which adopted down sampling video preprocessing and early termination rules. Experiment results show that the fast inter prediction mode decision algorithm can reduce about 50% computational complexity in the process of video coding and 20% bit-rate while maintaining the same subjective performance.
