This paper analyzes some main problems existing in the development of the library of higher vocational college, and probes into the development strategy of the library of higher vocational college from aspects of making clear the targets, positioning rationally, strengthening the infrastructure, expanding the literature resources, strengthening the management, perfecting the system, and speeding up the construction of library ranks, etc.
