回顾了山西煤炭管理体制的演进轨迹和五次重大调整,对山西煤炭管理体制存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出了相关建议。
This paper reviews the evolution route and five important adjustments of coal management system in Shanxi,analyzes the problems existing in coal management system of Shanxi, and advances some relevant suggestions.
