摘要
根据山西焦炭生产水平及排污状况,采用环境经济学方法,核算了生产1t焦炭排放的大气污染物的环境价值损失。结果表明:环保设施完备、管理水平较好的焦炉生产1t焦炭排污的环境成本为20.16元;环保措施不完善的焦化企业,生产1t焦炭排污的环境成本可达187.86元。
According to the coke production level and pollution discharge situation in Shanxi Province, this paper checks the environmental value loss of the atmospheric pollutants caused by the discharge from the production of 1 t coke. The results show that the environmental cost of the discharge of 1 t coke for the coke oven with more complete EP equipment and higher management level is 20.16 yuan （RMB）, however the environmental cost of the discharge of 1 t coke for the coking enterprise with poorer EP measures will up to 187.86 yuan （RMB）.
