摘要
元宝枫叶中绿原酸质量分数达4%左右。绿原酸是植物在有氧呼吸过程中,经磷酸戊糖途径的中间体合成的一类苯丙素类化合物,具有很强的药理活性,对消化系统和生殖系统疾病有显著疗效。研究了不同光照时间、光照强度、肥力条件对元宝枫叶中绿原酸质量分数的影响,从而找出了影响其质量分数的相关因子及相互关系。
Chlorogenic acid content of the maple leaf of Acer truncatum bunge is abundant, up to about 4%. Chlorogenic acid, which is a a kind of benzene compound synthesized by the midbody through the path of phosphopentose in the course of aerobic repiration of the plant, possesses very strong pharmacological activity and obvious curative effect on the diseases of digestive system and reproductive system. This paper researches the influences of different illumination time, illumination intensity and fertility condition on the content of Chlorogenic acid in maple leaf of Acer truncatum bunge, and finds out the relevant factor anti interrelation influencing its content.
