摘要
合成了4种新型对称三唑水杨醛Schif碱的铜配合物[CuL1Cl2](Ⅰ)和三核配合物[Cu3(L2-L4)2Cl4]·nH2O(Ⅱ~Ⅳ),其中L1,L2,L3和L4分别为4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑、4-氨基-3,5-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑、4-氨基-3,5-二乙基-1,2,4-三唑和4-氨基-3,5-二羟甲基-1,2,4-三唑的水杨醛Schiff碱.经元素分析、电导、红外光谱、热重分析、电子光谱、ESR和变温磁化率表征,该类配合物为畸变四方构型.配合物Ⅱ的变温磁化率表明,铜离子间存在弱的反铁磁相互作用,J=-18.9cm-1,g=2.08,F=2.7×10-3.配合物对B细胞增殖有抑制作用.
Four copper(Ⅱ) complexes of Schiff bases of symmetical triazole and salicylaldehyde were synthesized, namely[Cu(L 1)Cl 2](Ⅰ) and trinuclear complexes [Cu 3(L 2 ̄L 4) 2Cl 4]· n H 2O(Ⅱ ̄Ⅳ) where L 1, L 2, L 3 L 4 are Schiff bases of 4 amino 1,2,4 triazole, 4 amino 3,5 dimethyl 1,2,4 triazole, 4 animo 3,5 diethyl 1,2,4 triazole and 4 amino 3,5 dihydroxymethyl 1,2,4 triazole, respectively. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity, IR spectrum, thermoanalysis, electronic spectrum, ESR and susceptibility measurements. The complexes have been proposed to have distorted square configuration. The results of variable temperature magnetic susceptibility of complex(Ⅱ) indicated the weak antiferromagnetic spin exchange interaction between the copper(Ⅱ) ions. J = -18 9 cm -1 , g =2 08, F =2 7×10 -3 . The biological activity tests of the complexes showed that they are capable of inhibiting B cell.
