大鼠脂肪肝药膳干预效果的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨不同药膳对实验性大鼠脂肪肝的干预效果。[方法]采用高脂饲料以乙醇和四氯化碳(CCl4)复制脂肪肝大鼠模型,观察大鼠肝细胞脂变、血清肝功能和血脂,以祛湿化痰、活血化瘀、健脾消导3种不同药膳进行喂养,观察其对上述指标的影响。[结果]各实验组肝功能均明显改善,活血化瘀、健脾消导组血脂及肝细胞脂变程度明显降低,肝脏炎症活动减轻(均P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]各药膳可通过清除机体自由基,增强抗氧化能力,调节和改善自由基代谢平衡,从而不同程度地防治肝细胞脂变和肝脏炎症活动,尤以活血化瘀、健脾消导为先。 Objective:To probe into the intervention effect of different medicated diets for rats with fatty liver. Methods: To feed rats with feedstuff rich in fat and mixed with ethanol and CC14, so to prepare fatty liver rats model. And to observe fat level of in the liver tissue, serum liver function indexes and serum lipids levels of the model rats. Such three k'inds of medicated diet as dehygrosis and dissipate phlegm, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and invigorate the spleen and promoting digestioh were applied to treat rats with fatty liver. And influences of these different diets on aforesaid indexes of rats were observed. Resuhs:Liver functions of rats were significantly improved in all groups . Medicated diets of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and invigorate the spleen and promoting digestion could decrease the serum lipids levels and the fat level in the livers for rats. These two medicated diets could relieve the fatty degeneration of hepatic cells and alleviate the inflammation activities of the livers for the model rats(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion: By clearing free radicals, strengthening anti--oxydation ability.and adjusting and improving the balance of free articles metabolism, every medicated diet could prevent and treat the fatty degeneration and the inflammation activities of the liver for the model rats. Especially medicated diets of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and invigorate the spleen and promoting digestion are more effective for fatty liver model rats.
