摘要
本文研究了在盐酸羟胺存在下TPyP与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在pH1.8—3.1时铜(Ⅱ)与TPyP形成1:1配合物,其λ_(max)为418nm,ε为1.8×10~5。铜(Ⅱ)浓度在0—6.0μg/25mL范围内遵守比耳定律。试验了20余种离子的影响,显色剂对铜具有较高的选择性。本法不经分离可直接测定钢铁、铝合金、水样及人发中铜含量。
This paper describes a chromogenic reaction of Cu(Ⅱ) with α, β, γ, δ-tetra-(4-pyridyl) porphyrin (TPyP) in the presence of hydroxyla mine. A highly 'sensitive and selective spectro photometric method for the determination of Cu (Ⅱ) has been developed. Beer's law is obeyed in concentration range of 0 to 6 μg Cu(Ⅱ) per 25 mL. The molar absorpti vity is 1.8×10~5L·mol^(-1)cm^(-1). Most of other ions do not interfere with the determination of Cu (Ⅱ). This method can be used to determine Cu(Ⅱ) directly in steel, aluminium alloy. human hair and water with satisfactory results.
