从文传观念、文传系统、文传模式、文传人员及文传技术设备等方面分析了制约文献传递服务的因素,探讨了克服这些制约因素的对策。
From aspects of the document delivery concept, document delivery system, document delivery mode, document delivery personnel, and document delivery technique and equipment, this paper analyzes the factors restricting the document delivery service, and probes into the countermeasures for overcoming these restricting factors.
