摘要 作为传统检测手段的有益补充,声发射检测技术在汽轮发电机组故障诊断中有重要的应用价值。从动静碰摩故障检测与定位、滑动轴承状态监测与诊断、加热器内部泄漏检测3个方面,介绍了声发射检测技术在汽轮发电机组故障诊断中的应用和研究现状,并指出了今后的主要研究方向和内容。 As a useful supplement to the traditional detection tools, acoustic emission detection technology is of great use in fault diagnosis of turbo-generator. From the following three aspects of rubbing between moving and stationary parts detection and localization, sliding bearing condition monitoring and diagnosis, and heater internal leakage detection, the application and research status of acoustic emission detection technology in the fault diagnosis of turbo-rotor are introduced, and the study direction and content in future are pointed out.
