摘要
轴流式汽轮机轴向推力既无法直接测量,又难以准确估计。给出一个细化的计算汽轮机轴向推力的数学模型,能够综合考虑机组抽汽改造、设备老化、机组大修调整等因素。该模型应用于解决某电厂4号机组的负推力问题,得到良好的效果,说明其对轴向推力变化的预测准确,能够指导推力问题分析处理。
As is known to all, it' s difficult to either directly measure or exactly calculate the axial thrust of an axial flow steam turbine. In this article, one delicate model is presented to calculate axial thrust with consideration of changes cause of steam extraction system modification, wearing and overhaul. The model is applied to solve the problem of negative axial thrust on unit 4 of maoming power plant with perfect result. Which, on the other hand, prove that the model is good at estimating axial thrust and helpful in axial thrust problem solution.
