摘要 针对电厂运行中容易忽视的水环式真空泵密封液温度过高的问题,并通过对金竹山电厂600MW机组真空泵冷却系统改造进行可行性研究,对其进行改造,增加了制冷系统,并进行了两个负荷点下制冷装置投入\退出共4个工况点的试验。试验结果表明,制冷系统的投退,对机组的真空影响较大,直接影响机组的煤耗,改造取得了较好的经济效益。 The high sealing liquidfluid temperature of liquid piston vacuum pump is easily ignored. This article presented the modification feasibility of the vacuum pump cooling system in jinzhushan 600MW unit, and the refrigeration system is added to modify the vacuum pump cooling system. The testments of four operation modes were carried out, and the results present that the inputting and receding cooling system had obviously effect on the unit vacuum and unit coal consumption, the results also present that the modification of cooling system was economic.
