深圳市福田区社区卫生服务资源配置状况调查

A Survey of the Resource Configuration of Community Health Service in Futian District of the Shenzhen City

目的了解福田区社区卫生服务资源配置现状，探讨现阶段存在的问题，为政府制订相关政策和决策提供依据。方法采用统一设计的调查问卷，于2008年1-5月份对福田区70家社康中心2007年卫生资源配置现状进行调查。结果福田区社康中心由事业单位主办；平均服务半径为1．02公里；业务用房面积平均为375．6m^2，以租赁为主；从事公共卫生、中医、检验人员比例较少；医师学历以本科以上为主，护士以中专为主；医师职称以中级及以上为主；护士初级职称比例较大。结论福田区社区卫生服务取得了较快发展，但还存在不足，需不断培训和引进高素质专业人才，并加大基本设备的投入。

Objectives To find out the current situation and existing problems of the community - health - service（CHS） resources provided in Futian district of Shenzhen, so as to provide the basis for the government to make policies of establishing a fair and efficient urban CHS system. Methods The resource configuration of community health service in the year of 2007 was investigated in 70 CHS centers by uniformly designed questionnaires from January to May of 2008. Results The CHS centers in Futian district were mostly run by public service units with an average service radius of 1.02km and average business area of 375.6 m^2, mostly rented by the government. Besides, technical staff majoring in public health, Chinese Traditional Medicine and laboratory test was insufficient. Most doctors were of bachelor degree, and most nurses were specialized middle school graduate. Conclusions The community - health - service in Futian district has developed quickly. However, it＇s urgent to get more high -level staff and to provide more basic equipments.
