Studies on Measures for Coordinative Development of Ecology and Economy in Taihang Mountain Area of Hebei Province

河北省太行山区具有独特的区位特点,其发展受到生态、经济的双重制约。自然灾害、经济结构不合理、生态环境建设问题严重、缺乏科学发展规划等问题已成为制约生态、经济协调发展的主要障碍。文章提出通过提高劳动者科技文化素质、依靠现代科技力量、调整山区产业结构、密切与外界联系、选择适宜的山区开发组织形式、制定特殊经济政策等措施,促进生态、经济的协调发展。

Taihang Mountain Areas in Hebei Province has the unique position characteristic, where development suffers the ecology and economical dual restrictions. The natural disaster, unreasonable economic structure, ecological environment construction problems, lacking scientific progress plan and so on become chief obstacle to restrict coordinated development of ecology and economy. Measures to promote the coordinated development of ecology and economy were put forward, i.e., improving the educational level of labors, Relaying on modern science and technology strength, ad- justing the industrial structure in mountainous area, strengthening contact with outside, selecting suitable development configuration of organization and Setting up special economic policy, etc.
