基于中风痉挛性偏瘫患者报告的自觉症状评价

Symptom Evaluation Based on Apoplexy Spastic-Paralysis Patients' Reported Outcomes

目的从患者报告的自觉症状入手,为确立中风痉挛性偏瘫患者自评量表奠定基础。方法通过对52例中风痉挛性偏瘫患者的访谈,结合文献,积累患者报告的结局指标,并进行量化,对临床符合纳入研究标准的93例患者进行测量,并对测量结果进行信度、效度、反应度等统计分析。结果确定了疼痛、麻木、拘挛、沉重等10个症状条目,并制定出《中风痉挛性偏瘫自觉症状调查问卷》,该量表有较高的信度、效度和反应度。结论制定的《中风痉挛性偏瘫自觉症状调查问卷》可以作为中风痉挛性偏瘫的一项评价指标。

Objective To lay the foundation for the establishment of self-evaluation scale of stroke spastic-paralysis according to patients reported symptoms. Methods Through the interview with 52 patients, consultation with the literature, the quantization of outcome indexes reported by apoplexy spastic-paralysis patients, and application to 93 enrolled patients, a statistical analysis was made on its reliability, validity, and reaction degree. Results More than 10 symptom items including ache, numbness, contraction, and heaviness has been established, ＂Questionnaire on self-evaluation of symptoms of apoplexy spastic-paralysis patients＂ has been made. It has relatively higher reliability, validity, and reaction degree. Conclusion The questionnaire on self-evaluation of symptoms of apoplexy spastic-paralysis patients can be served as an evaluation index for apoplexy spastic-paralysis patients.
