摘要 报道了一种灵敏的氧氟沙星测定方法──一阶导数单扫示波极谱分析,同时研究了它的极谱波性质和电极反应机理。在pH 6.0的KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(PBS)底液中,氧氟沙星能产生一个灵敏的还原峰,Ep=-1.55 V(vs.SCE),其导数峰高与浓度在1.0 × 10-5~4.6×10-7mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,检测下限为 2.4×10-7mol/L,可用于氧氟沙星片剂的测定,RSD%=0.4,回收率为97.3%~104.9%。此法还用于血清及尿样中痕量氧氟沙星的测定,结果都与紫外法基本吻合。经多种实验证明,其电极过程为反应物吸附的不可逆过程,电子转移数为2,电子转移系数为0.53,参与电极反应的H+数为1,此外还研究了人体内共存微量物质对i'p的影响。 In this paper the polarographic properties of ofloxacin(OFX) and its electrode re- action mechanism were studied and a new, sensitive method for the trace determination of OFX is proposed. In KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 buffer solution (pH 6.0), a well-defined reduction peak is yielded by OFX, Ep= - 1. 55 V(vs. SCE). A linear relationship holds between the peak height and the concentration of OFX in the range of 1. 0 × l0-5~4. 6× l0-7 mol/L, with r = 0. 9996. The detection limit is 2. 4 × 10-7 mol/L. Series experiments have proved that the electrode process is irreversible, the number of electron transfer are 2, the coeffi- cient of electron transfer is 0. 53 and the number of proton is l. This method is used to deter- mine OFX in tablets with RSD = 0. 4 and a recovery 97. 3%-l04. 9%. It is also used to determine trace OFX in serum and urine samples. The results tallied with those measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. This paper also studied the influence of trace material in the human body on the i'p.
