摘要
在pH 5.6,0.15mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,得到了安力农的灵敏极谱吸附 波。波的二阶导数波高在2×10-8~8×10-6mol/L范围内与安力农的浓度成直线关系,检测 下限为 1× 10-8mol/L。测定出电极过程的电子传递系数 α=0.43,表面电极反应速率常数 ks=3.3 s-1。安力农在汞电极上的吸附遵从 Langmuir等温式,测得其吸附系数β=8.1× 105。
In pH 5. 6,0. l5 mol/L phosphate buffer solution, we have obtained a sensitive single-sweep polarographic adsorptive wave of Amrinone. The height of the quadratic deriva- tive wave is proportional to the concentration of Amrinone in the range of 2 × 10-8-8×10-6 mol/L. The detection limit is 1 ×l0-8 mol/L. The electron-transfer coefficient α= 0. 43 and the rate constant of the surface electrode reaction as ks= 3. 3 s-1 have been determined. The adsorption of Amrinone on the surface of mercury electrode obeys Langmuir isotherm. The adsorption coefficient β is equal to 8. 1 × l05.
