摘要
发展学前教育,首先要保证幼儿教师受到良好的教育和发展。幼儿教师的专业发展将与以专业引领的专题培训和以园本教研为主的现场研修并进,与幼儿园园本课程开发和教学反思并行。
The development of pre-school education, first of all, is to ensure that kindergartens receive good education and development. Kindergartens' professional development will advance together with professional training and the field research consisting mainly of nursery research, along with the curriculum development of nursery garden and teaching reflection.
