摘要
为了实现汽车制动试验台所需的检测控制系统,根据制动试验台自身的机械结构进行了相应的设计。该检测系统由数据采集、数据处理和数据输出三大部分组成,系统通过这三部分来采集试验台的检测数据,控制试验台的运行,并把试验数据传送到上位机加以分析。采用了固态继电器、单片机和ADC0809芯片,作为必要器件来控制和设计电机、上下位机的通信以及A/D信号的转换。实验结果表明,该设计能够满足系统检测数据的要求,并具有试验可接受的精度。
For realizing the required detection system of test bench, the design of the system was given based on the mechanical structure. The entire detection system was consists of data acquisition, data processing and data output. With these three functions, the inspection data was collected, the operation of test bench was controlled and the test data was sent to host computer for analysis. The system was improved for the control of motor, the design of communications between upper and lower computers, and the transformation of A/D signals, by using solid state relay(SSR) , microcomputer control units(MCU) and chip ADC0809. The test shows that design meets the demand of detection system with acceptable precision.
