摘要 介绍了钢管检测与标识监控系统的软硬件设计思想及实现方法。该控制系统采用了集散控制,下位机采用西门子S7 PLC,实现了对钢管测长、称重、打标、涂色和喷标的自动控制;上位机采用工控机,实现了生产过程的实时监控。研究结果表明,操作人员通过计算机就可以观察到现场各设备运转状况和钢管的参数、好坏管的处理,并可及时操作控制,实现了钢管检测与标识过程的自动化。 The hardware and software designing idea and accomplishing method of monitoring system in steel pipe measuring and marking production line were introduced. The production line adopted a distributed control system, the lower computer automatically controlled length measuring, weighing, pin-stamping, color-banding and stenciling through Siemens S7 PLC. The upper eomputer monitors real-time working status through industrial PC was realized. The experimental results show that, the operator can read operations of each working station, pipe parameters and processing of eligible and defective pipes from computer and op- erate the system properly, thus, the system realizes automation of steel pipe measuring and marking procedure.
