摘要
在介绍卷染机控制原理的基础上,对系统的控制要求进行了分析,并确定了控制方案,搭建了基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的卷染机硬件控制平台,提出了卷染生产过程中速度张力传动控制策略和染液温度控制策略。此外,简单介绍了人机交互界面的开发。研究结果表明,该系统设计合理、集成度高、稳定性好。
Based on introducing the control principle of the jigger system, the analysis of control requirement for the system was achieved, and the control seheme was proposed. The construction of hardware platform hased on programmable logic controller (PLC) was built. The control strategies ahout the velocity-tension transmission system and the temperature of dyeing liquor were presented. Furthermore, the development of the man-machine interface was considered. The experimental results show that the control system possesses the properties of proper design, highly integrated ability and stability.
