介绍了一种在热钢坯上喷写字符的设备,系统采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和两轴运动控制卡分工协作实现高速喷标,其中PLC负责工艺流程控制,而运动控制卡则控制喷写字符。简要阐述了系统的机械组成和电气控制系统,最后概述了PLC程序设计、上位机软件各模块设计以及上位机与PLC通信方案设计。方案设计试验表明,该系统稳定性好、效率高,能实现对热钢坯的自动标记。
A marking system which marks characters and numbers on the hot steel was introduced. Programmable logic controller (PLC) and the two-axes motion control card were applied to control the system. PLC dealt with the process, motion control card completed the writing of characters and numbers. The mechanical components and the electrical system were described. At the end, the software designing was introduced, including PLC program, PC software designing and the communication between PC and PLC. The test results indicate that the system can automatically mark the hot steel with great efficiency and high stability.
