摘要
直进式、多道次拉丝机是金属丝冷拔的主要生产设备。针对这种生产设备结构庞大、控制要求复杂的特点,介绍了一种多道次恒张力拉丝机控制的前馈+PID控制器,阐述了其控制原理,通过边界误差控制的软起动技术,实现了联动设备平稳起动,解决了启动时超调过大的问题。实验结果表明,采用该方法可使多道次恒张力拉丝设备获得良好的控制效果。
Straight, multiple stage wire drawing systerm is cold drawing production equipment for metal wire. Aimming at the particular demands of control, the controlling principle of PID controller with forward-back used in constant tension control of wire drawing machine was presented. Over-shoot was solved commendably by soft-start technology with the boundary error control method. The experimental result shows that the controller obtains excellent control effect with the method.
