摘要 针对现有精密小扭矩传感器扭矩标定中存在的精度低、误差大、所加载的扭矩非纯扭矩等问题,研制出可以加载纯扭矩的加载器(加载范围为0~16.068N·m),该装置采用柔性铰链结构作为导轨机构,只需要加载一个力即会产生一个平衡对称的纯扭矩。柔性铰的尺寸参数和位置参数是该装置设计的关键,通过采用ANSYS软件对初始设计参数进行结构优化计算,确定了其最优参数。通过实验分析,验证了所设计的新型纯扭矩加载器的精度、线性度和重复性均优于传统的扭矩加载机构,且具有结构简单、制作方便的优点,可以在工程实际中使用。 It still exists the problems of low precision, big error and impure torque in calibration of the precise sensor. The new pure torque--loading equipment was designed with flexible hinges which formed tracks and can transform a force to an equilibium and symmetrical torque. Its torque--loading range was 0-16. 068N· m. Dimensional parameters and location parameters of the flexible hinges were the key data of design. The parameters were obtained by structural optimization with ANSYS. It is confirmed that precision,linearity and repeatability of the new pure torque--loading equipment are higher than those of conventional equipments by experiment. It gains advantages of simple structure and easy manufacture,which can be used in practice.
