摘要
针对超磁致伸缩伺服阀的结构特点,研究了其参数设计规律,建立了超磁致伸缩伺服阀集中参数数学模型和动态仿真模型。通过仿真研究得出了该伺服阀主要设计参数对其动态特性的影响规律及其稳定性特点,通过对主要设计参数的优化表明,在-8dB幅值稳定裕量下超磁致伸缩伺服阀幅频宽可以达到近700Hz。
The parameter design rules were investigated, and the mathematic model and the dynamic simulation model were established based on giant magntostrietive material (GMM) servo valve' s structure. The simulation results uncover that the rule between the main GMM servo valve's design parameters and dynamic reponse performance, and the stability characteristic; and show that GMM servo valve breadth bandwidth achieves 700Hz based on -8dB stability margin.
