摘要
在对内燃式液压自由活塞发动机和单组元液压自由活塞发动机进行比较分析的基础上,提出了一种新型的液压自由活塞发动机——双组元液压自由活塞发动机。从工作原理、释能方式、结构特点、燃料能量密度、单元功率及应用场合等不同角度,对三种液压自由活塞发动机的多种性能进行了比较。探讨了双组元液压自由活塞发动机的点火方式和需解决的关键技术问题,指出双组元液压自由活塞发动机是一种值得深入研究的新型动力机。
A hydraulic free piston engine(HFPE) integrated a prime mover and a hydraulic pump into one compact unit, which realized non--stiffness power transmission utilizing hydraulic pressure energy. Based on the analysis of the developing internal combustion(I. C.) type and monopropellant--powered type hydraulic free piston engine(HFPE),a new type HFPE i. e. bipropellant--powered type HFPE was presented. The working principle, the structure features, the energy--releasing way, the unit power and the advantages of BHFPE (bipropellant--powered type HFPE) were discussed and condensed by comparing with the ICHFPE and MHFPE. The key problems to develop a BHFPE were summarized. It can be concluded that the BHFPE is promising and worthy of research deeply as a new type HFPE.
