摘要
研究了超超临界高中压转子钢1Cr12W2NiMoVNbN在1000-1250℃之间不同温度淬火,再经590℃+700℃两次回火后的组织和性能。研究结果表明,该钢在1000~1100℃淬火、回火后得到马氏体组织;淬火温度超过1150℃时,开始有占铁素体析出,且其分布形态和数量在回火后保持不变;1200℃以上淬火,则出现大量淬火裂纹。不同淬火温度对材料强度、塑性影响不大,但是严重影响其冲击性能。在1050℃左右淬火、回火时的力学性能最好。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Cr12W2NiMoVNbN steel, which can be used in USC steam conditions,was researched after quenching in the temperature range 1000-1250℃ and tempered at 590℃ and 700℃. Microstructure of 1Cr12W2NiMoVNbN steel was tempered martensite after quenching and tempering in the temperature range of 1000-1100℃. When the quenching temperature is above 1150℃ ,δ-ferrite can be observed. The distribution and amount of δ-- ferrite will not be changed after tempering. Quenching cracks can be seen when the temperature is above 1200℃. Mechanical properties of 1Cr12W2NiMoVNbN steel such as tensile strength, yield strength,elongation and reduction of area are not sensitive to the quenching temperature, but so do impact strength. The optimal integrated mechanical properties can be achieved at the quenching temperature around 1050℃.
