细微动作分析在电器生产中的应用

摘要 首先运用17种动作要素对电器生产中的安插电阻元件作业进行细微动作分析,找出作业中的不合理动作;然后运用ECRS(取消、合并、重排、简化)原则进行了第一次改进,并对第一次改进结果进行评价,发现还有改进空间,于是进行了第二次改进。通过两次连续的改进,安插电阻元件作业效率提高了,成本降低了,为企业竞争提供了有力的帮助。 Micro motion of planting resistance elements is analyzed by the way of 17 kinds of motion elements. Then inconsequent action can be identified. So the first improvement can be done by the principles of ECRS( Eliminate,Combine,Rearrange,Simplify). Through the estimate of the result of the first improvement, some room for improvement is found. So the second improvement could be carried on. Through twice of consecutive improvements to the operation, the efficiency of planting resistance elements is increased and the operation cost is reduced. Then powerful competing ability is provided to the enterprises.
