摘要
以马来酸酐为起始原料,经酯化、异构化合成富马酸单乙酯。实验结果表明,合成富马酸单乙酯的适宜工艺条件为酯化温度60℃,酯化时间2.5h,异构化温度85℃,异构化时间2h,收率69.7%。目标化合物经元素分析和红外光谱确证。同时研究富马酸单乙酯的防霉效果,结果表明富马酸单乙酯能抑制霉菌的生长,延长饲料的贮存期。
Monoethyl fumarate was synthesized from maleic anhydride by by esterification and isomerization. The yield of monoethyl fumarate was 69.7% under optimal reaction conditions of the temperature of esterification 60℃, the time of esterification 2.5 h, the temperature of isomerization 85℃, the time of isomerization 2.0 h. The compound was characterized by elementary analysis and infrared spectrum. The antimould effect of monoethyl fumarate was studied. Results show that monoethyl fumarate can inhibit the growth of mold and the storage time of feed can be prolonged.
