摘要
采用热水浸提法提取车前草水溶性多糖并对其进行纯化。通过单因素和正交试验得出,车前草多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为浸提时间2h,浸提温度80℃,料水比1:25;脱色的最佳工艺条件为温度60℃,脱色时间40min,活性炭用量1%;采用木瓜蛋白酶法、三氯乙酸法及Sevag法脱除车前草多糖浓缩液中的蛋白质,实验结果表明,木瓜蛋白酶法脱蛋白率最高为61.16%、多糖损失率最低为6.8%。
Processing technology of extraction and purification of Plantain polysaccharide has been studied by water extraction method. According to the monofactorial and orthogonal experiment, the optimum conditions of extraction are as follows: extraction time 2 h, extraction temperature 80℃, the ratio of material to water 1:25, the optimum conditions of decoloration are as follows: decoloration temperature 60℃, decoloration time 40 min, the amount of active carbon 1%; According to deproteinized experiments, the results show that deproteinized rate of papain method is the highest 61.16%, loss rate is the lowest 6.8%.
