摘要
阐明酶法提取食药用菌多糖的原理,通过列举实例介绍单一酶法、复合酶法、超声波酶法提取多糖的提取技术。通过与常规的其他提取方法进行比较,分析存在的问题和发展的前景。
Clarify the extracting principle in enzyme method. Three kinds of enzyme extraction methods of medicinal polysaccharide including single enzyme extraction, complex enzyme extraction, enzyme extraction, ultrasonic-enzyme extraction were summarized in this paper. Compare with the other extracting method, existing problems and developmental prospects were analyzed.
