摘要
采用密闭微波消解苹果样品,在优化微波消解条件和仪器测定条件的基础上,建立微波消解电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定苹果中铅、砷、铜、镉、铬5种元素的方法,在最佳试验条件下,回收率为98.3%~104.2%,RSD为1.7%~2.3%,方法简便、快速、准确。
In this paper, the method for the determination of Pb, As, Cu, Cr and Cd in apples by microwave digestion and IOP-AES has been presented. Microwave digestion conditions and operational conditions of ICP-AES were optimized. The recovery is 98.3%-104.2%, the RSD is 1.7%-2.3%. The method is simple, fast and accurate, the result is satisfied.
