简要介绍了本钢生产锰铌微合金化X70管线钢的技术。阐述并分析了轧制工艺与实际机能的对应关系,分析了轧制温度对强度的影响。通过对比分析,确定了最佳温度控制范围,形成了本钢生产X70管线钢的最佳工艺。
Briefed the Benxi Iron and Steel Production of manganese alloy of niobium-X70 technology pipeline steel. And analysis on the relationship between the rolling process and the actual function, Analysis on the influence of the strength on the rolling temperature. Through comparative analysis to determine the optimum temperature control of the Benxi h＇on and Steel formed a production of the best X70 pipeline steel.
