柑桔皮精油中β-胡萝卜素、维生素E和硒含量的测定 被引量:4

摘要 柑桔皮精油用KOH皂化,用无水乙醚提取不皂化物,蒸去乙醚,残渣用无水乙醇溶解,超滤后取清液注入高效液相色谱仪,以反相柱分离,紫外可见分光检测器检测其中的β-胡萝卜素和维生素E。柑桔皮精油用正丁醇适当稀释后直接用平台石墨炉原子吸收法测定其中的硒。测定结果:柑桔皮精油中β-胡萝卜素,维生素E和硒的含量分别为0168×10-3(RSD=54%,n=5),181×10-3(RSD=72%,n=5)和055×10-6(RSD=37%,n=9)。 The refined oil of orange peel was saponified with KOH,the unsaponified fraction was extracted with anhydrous ether, and the ether extract was evaporated just to dryness under stream of nitrogen. The residue was dissolved immediately in absolute ethanol. After ultrafiltration the clear solution was used to determine the contents of β carotene and vitamin E by reversed phase HPLC with a UV Vis detector The content of selenium was determined directly by platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer by use of n buthanol as sample diluting agent The contents of β carotene,vitamin E and selenium in refined oil of orange peel are 0 168×10 -3 (RSD=5 4%, n =5),18 1×10 -3 (RSD=7 2%, n =5) and 0 55×10 -6 (RSD=3 7%, n =9),respectively
